These luxury apartments with frontage to St Kilda rd and views out to Fawkner Park, consists of two residential towers of nine and twenty floors with 3 levels of basement carparking. The tight site and poor ground conditions required us to work closely with the builder to ensure that the project was feasible from not only a cost point of view but also to ensure that buildability and creative architectural intent were achieved. Main structure comprising post-tensioned concrete floor slabs supported on precast concrete columns, with bored pier and shotcrete wall retention system.
